Messages
Use Messages as the inbox for active conversations. Closed chats stay available for history, and reopen requests can be handled from the message or Requests area.
QR links
A QR link starts a chat without sharing a phone number. When a chat closes, the requester can ask the Host to reopen it.
Notifications
Use notification controls in Settings and your device or browser settings so new messages and reopen requests can reach you.
